Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after receipt of payment. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. Processing time includes order verification, quality control checks, and packaging.

We offer a variety of shipping methods to suit your needs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the weight of your order, and the selected shipping method. The following options are available:

  • Express Shipping: Typically takes 2-3 business days.
  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination, typically 7-14 business days.

Shipping costs are determined by the weight of your order and your location. You can view the shipping options and fees at checkout before completing your purchase.

3. Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, the shipping method selected, and factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, customs delays). We will provide tracking information as soon as your order has shipped, so you can follow its progress and estimated delivery date.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier’s website. If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days, please contact us at support@mkkhub.org.

5. Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Additionally, we currently offer shipping to the following countries: USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and selected European countries. If you are located outside these regions, please contact us at support@mkkhub.org to inquire about shipping options.

6. Duties and Taxes

For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, or fees may be charged by your local authorities upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping costs. Please check with your local customs office for further details.

7. Delayed Shipments

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or customs processes. If your shipment is delayed, please contact the carrier directly for assistance, or reach out to our customer support team, and we will do our best to assist you.
