Return & Refund Policy
At Mkk Hub, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Be in the original packaging
- Include a receipt or proof of purchase
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@mkkhub.org with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and a return address.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
- If rejected, we will notify you via email with further details.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted)
- Contact your bank
If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@mkkhub.org.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, email us at support@mkkhub.org with proof of damage.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Health and personal care items (due to hygiene reasons)
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item.
