At Mkk Hub, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please read our refund policy below for more details.
Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a refund if:
- Your item is unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item is returned in its original packaging.
- You provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
If your item meets these criteria, we will gladly process a refund to your original payment method.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@mkkhub.org. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of why you're requesting the refund. We will guide you through the return process.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is posted).
- Contact your bank.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items or gift cards cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, contact us at support@mkkhub.org with proof of the damage.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.
